Terms Of Services
These are the terms of service you are agreeing to when you enrol in and/or when you are using the services of Satage
Please Note In this agreement, the term "You" means you the "Subscriber/User", and the term "We" or "Our" means Satage, its owners, employees, agents, and any others involved with Satage

As a subscriber of our services, you agree that:
- All payments are final and non-refundable (some exceptions apply)
- You agree not to pay for the service from a STOLEN credit card
- You will not use our services to send out unsolicited or fraudulent materials. This includes, but not limited to the following: Sending unsolicited emails (ie SPAM mail), mass-marketing mails (even they are in a opt-in list), hate mail, unsolicited instant messages, unsolicited SMS, or identity theft or scam related materials, etc. Sending emails through port 25 from any of our secure servers are strictly prohibited.
- You will not promote or encourage criminal or terrorist activities of any sort.
- You agree that you will not run any resource intensive programs that will interfere in the usage of our services by our users.
- We cannot and do not guarantee the speed of our services.
- We cannot and do not guarantee that your internet or mobile phone line providers works for our services.
- We reserve the right to make amendments or modifications to our Terms Of Use Agreement. This will become binding and it will be your responsibility to periodically check for updates and abide by the terms.
If you violate any of our terms, we reserve the right to terminate your service without any advance warning or notification. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN.
If you violate any of our terms that involve criminal activities, you will forfeit all the privacy and confidentiality privileges that our service provides. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN.

Return and Money Back Policies:
- The services is provided on AS IS basis.
- Refunds will be given ONLY if the services doesn't work more than 7 days. All refund requests must be filled within 4 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be given within 1 business weeks.
